I think that by growing up or being mature is very important from childhood to adulthood. It is like to grow up and solve these bullying issues like growing up to have a new family. Some people think that children will always be children, no it is not true they will have some ways to grow up and following there role models which gives them good examples and some times bad examples which they will follow in the future. For example Richie was bullying Russell in some of the passages he was doing for fun in some days he might do it when he is in his adulthood like he might kill people because its fun for him, but it might send him to jail. So it is very important to show children how to respect others in the future.
